Best Affiliate Program in 2019?

Theres a lot of affiliate programs, which ones are the best?

By "best" I mean easiest conversions, highest cuts, least amount of restrictions, best niches, ect..

Or maybe can someone point me to a thread that might already be explaining this

Builderall seems really good to me! But a lot of new networks are coming out.
