I have traffic of solvent people who are interested in politics (1 tier US). How can they be monetized?

Taking donor money or some political ads simply? I am not sure it really can be monetized in your case cause there is absolutely nothing to monetize anyway on many possible levels entirely anyway. And hopefully that will not change, not many will bite
