Best affiliate program for SaaS google ads product?

Hellloooo -- I'm looking to find affiliates for my program. Product is a Google Ads SKAGs optimization tool -- aov is $60. I'm paying 40% commission for however long the person stays subscribed so basically 40% forever. Got customers (small marketing agencies) who stay on for a year+ as customers.

What is the best affiliate program for me / where do I go find / attract new affiliates?
