Best Affiliate Network Software?

Hi Guys
I am new to this forums, so please excuse if I am putting this in wrong place.
I wish to start a new affiliate network.
I wish if you guys can guide me which will be the best software for tracking of affiliate network.
Cant afford prices of hasoffers
And cheaper ones looks too pale
I found one by the name of AdsGraphy
I need content locking
link locking and also SID feature which allows my affilates to open a sub-network under them
Since I am new can you guys check their featres page and tell me whcih one should i take

Shall wait to get tips from best Affiliate network owners and affiliate marketers (This forum is know for this :))

AdsGraphy is not Affiliate Network software. It's like Banner management software. (I'm almost positive.)

I use HasOffers and getCake. (Cake is more expensive.)
I'm trying to find the new software from TooMuchMedia...

lastly can u check the features pags of the site
they have given login details to all 3 kinda logins
admin
advertiser
publisher
also i saw a affiliate manager section there

Ok, I must have read it wrong... sorry. If your friend is using it, then great. I don't know another for that cheap.
I would ask the company you are buying it from - to make sure.
 
you dont even know how to run a network and what a tracking solution?????????

I just logged into the Admin Dash Board. - It looks ok. It's cheap. Its not the best software. But it's cheap. You won't know what it can't do until you try it.

I ordered a free trial with these guys AdsGraphy last night
all set now on my domain
so far looks it has got all the features which i saw in 799 usd package of hasoffers
