Best Affiliate Network From A Small Merchant's Perspective

My wife and I have recently opened a company. Currently we are selling skin care products online. We are registered with the FDA, are in the Amazon Brand Registry, and part of Vendor's Central. We also sell our product on our website. So as the title implies, what is the best affiliate network, or way to get affiliates to promote my product while keeping my up front cost down. The retail price of the product is 34.95 and I am willing to offer a default commission of 25%. For any affiliates who can give a decent volume, with little to no chargebacks, etc I would be willing to go up to 50%. The product is an all natural Anti-Aging cream.
