I think amazon has all those products so in my opinion, (just started an Amazon associates account 1 week ago) and will be promoting similar stuff too.

Clickbanks are good for promoting these types of products.You can use Social Media sites like Facebook and Twitter by creating ads and pots in different groups and pages for efficient results.

Humm... Really really bad reviews for MarketHealth ... Look on offervault and other platforms, they say bad things about it.
There are many stories of people loosing 4 figures commissions from them.
