Probably the easiest to get approved with is PeerFly. Plus they have a good rotation of offers, their tracking is very easy to use for newbies, and my account manager has been the most helpful out of all the other CPA network managers I have worked with. I would start out with Peerfly to get your feet wet... Then think about Neverblue once you have a little experience.

The question is not what's the best network but what PROGRAMS make you the most money. It differs depending on the quality of the and how relevant the programs are to the website. The same program may make thousands for one affiliate but $20 per month for another with the same volume of traffic but different quality of traffic.
If you're looking at the networks, you're looking at the wrong ingredient. What networks offer is service -- answering your emails, helping you get started. Programs matter more. Just my opinion.
