Step 1:
Go to backlinkwatch dot comthen put your competitors links. Try to build links in those places where he has created. Reject the spammy links.
Step 2:
GO to ********checker dot com.
put your keyword and start getting high PR full informed direct links by commenting.

Step 3 :
Go to Dropmylink dot com
that's the best one. You can not even think that how much its easy to find the related blogs to make links. it will help you to make your link building campaigning diversified.

Step 4:
Go to boardreader dot com
Find some really high PR related forums. and started commenting them after getting the signature.

That's it. you will see a revolutionary change in your SERP if you can continue it for some months.

If you use some easy tactic like if you hire some one and tell him to do all the things for you then its very useful.
