1. Quality registered account - make sure straight from registration account was done properly and never botted.
2. When reposting content make sure it's unique content by changing the video a bit and removing metadata, it's bet if u don't remove metadata but spoof it.
3. Make sure u not botting and posting manually OR have a quality bot, not some mainstream bot as the more users the bot has the higher the chance the social platform will focus its resources to detect and ban its users.
That should do the magic.

removing "metadata" isn't enough, you need to manipulate the video so tiktok sees it as a completely new video.

TikTok sifts through multiple frames of your video and cross references it with similar posts on tiktok to flag you for duplicate. To get around that you need to slightly alter the video by adding changes to the pixels without making a drastic change to the user experience.
I suggest on a small scale using capcut and adding in:
- brightness +
- saturation +
- vignette (without losing video quality)
- clouds overlay at 5% opacity
- adding in sfx and that's slightly hearable
- adding ai voice over/text
