For PPC and CPM ads.
You should see the amount of organic traffic to your website.
If you have 1000 unique visitors, then you are ready to ad

Try some free option like ads exchange and if few but PopAds is good option to start.

I always have a problem with regards to PopAds budget, like for example .005 for max bid my daily budget is 10$ my max is 50$, anyone from this thread how can I put my budget as Im trying this out. My maximum budget is 100$. Thanks blackhaters
