can anyone please tell me a good adult PPS like AFF, not some cam sites or anything , simple social network type site which atleast pays a buck for each person and doesn't requiered CC when joining

Crakrevenue, they have offers for this. Some of them do use a webcam theme but they work great if you find the right one. You can also use something like Offervault and search out dating offers if that's what you prefer. Then contact someone at the corresponding network and apply there. DatingGold and what used to be called Lustdollars are some old school ones that have a few different types of PPL similar to AFF.

you could try datingfactory, only started with them but have nothing live yet. don't have an ref link so run free :)

Yeah I think Crakrevenue's dating offers are mostly all PPS. Those aren't affiliate links though, lol. I wouldn't just drop a referral link to some random people I don't know on a forum. They do both have PPL offers though. If you look around at a couple of CPA companies you can probably find a much better paying one. Typically PPL dating offers go for at least $3-$4 per lead/conversion. Play around on Offervault or any site similar, I don't know of any others off the top of my head. You want pps but the user isn't required to enter c/c info until they decide to join? Easy.
Adultdatelink is good. You can use either PPE where you'll get $2.00 for every free sign up plus a bonus if it converts or you can do PPS which pays $50 per paying sign up. They don't take c/c until user converts.

You can also try Sexsearch. They only do pps as far as I know and if I remember, there is no c/c until user decides to convert. Can't be 100% on that since I haven't worked with them a a while

AdultDateLink shaves all conversions, YES even PPS. I know this as fact. So it doesn't matter what you do - you can still make money, but you are getting shaved. ... think about the nature of what ADL accepts. They take any traffic. They accept the scumbag traffic (if there is such a thing). My point is "they don't care..." ... so why would they mind shaving some of your conversions? They wouldn't.
