Adsense and many other such sites are paying on the basis of clicks and those sites which have a lot of traffic could get benefits through affiliate marketing.

Since no other text ad service has as many click thrus, or pays a well as adsense, the best real alternative as far as ease of click thrus and monetization goes, would be CPA.

Can you use buysellads with adsense at the same time? I guess Buysellads probably won't make any big deal with adsense but what about adsense? Will they actually work in this circumstances? I hope some one who experienced something will reply.
