Is anyone using Nitropay? I've been using them for a good period of time and never had an issue with them till now with the payments, but the last payment that i needed to receive was on 31 January even now 6 February the money hasn't been received via Paypal. I contacted them and they said the issue is from Paypal and everyone who uses Paypal for payment method has this issue ...
I just want to know if someone else has this issue or if Nitropay went the wrong way.

There are options like ezoic but it is not necessary that it will always perform better than AdSense on a site.

I tried it, but their CPM is very low. Lower than adsense and ezoica minimum of 100,000 pageviews a month for NitroPay

I think Adsense is the best option. An alternative for it would be the Ezoic.
