For Push Traffic which Ad Network is best
Zeropark or Propeller Ads
or some other network

I am using propeller ads but cvr is too low

In my opinion, PropellerAds is not bad; they are one of the reliable advertising agencies that have been around for years. If you have good traffic from tier 1 countries, they will definitely pay a good amount.

can you throw some light on admaven I have used propeller and lord it is so much better litrally it saved me many times. best of the best I have used and spend on many platfrom acorss international market too but it is unbeatable.

I am looking for more platforms to explore so that I have back ups and more types other than push notification

not sure but get in touch with your account manager or If you have integrated it rightly you can remove or add Zone ID's which will lower your CPL/CPA.

I see a big role in having an in-house optimization tool (like trafficstars, but need a minimum 100$ to start) are any other ad networks that have in-house optimization tool ?
