Best AD network to gather big data

Ok so i have a project that is related to AI and i need big data from reall users (not bots). The users on website just have to enter on it, move mouse around and possibly click on 1 button that will be randomly present on a landing page. Nothing more. No fancy products, nothing. Problem is that i found out there are tons of these services on Fiverr, but 99% of them are bot related. No way someone will deliver me 100k human traffic for $20.
My question is where should i go for this traffic? What will be the best AD network that will have best possibly CPM and CTR? I plan to spend like $20 per day for it.

Just go for 3rd wold traffic sources. this is the cheapest it will get for real clicks.

What do you mean ad fraud? Its just gathering big data, nothing else. How much traffic do you guys think i can get with $20 a day? Considering its third world or not, doesnt matter, as long as its human behaviour.
