Best ad network other then adsense?

what would be the best bet other then adsense?
I have tried bidvertiser but there CPM is so low like 20k impressions only 2$
I am looking for best CPM ad network other then adsense.
I cant use adsense because some content is against adsense policies and i donot want to remove it.

Keep in mind that CPM rates often are set by advertisers (on RTB exchanges) and not so much "what the network will pay"The network usually pay on revshare of what the market want to pay for a particular ad spot.a CPM of $0.1 seems like they are only giving you remnant ads (unsold on the exchanges) and that could indicate that your site have little to no value in the eyes of an advertiser :)I would like to have a look at your site and give you an estimate of what I think it can be sold for.
 
some sites you can be interesting : clickbooth.com, mylikes.com, neverblue.com
 
are you able to drive your traffic through the XML feed? would it be interesting for you work on CPC basis? we can guarantee good coverage for USA

I'm testing out revenue hits for now, will report back in a day or two.
 
you can use revenuehits. this is sample XyHzDWk.png .this sites count every ad impression.
 
So far I found that Adsense alternatives are nowhere near Adsense. I use AdCash because of a popunder on one BH site. but earnirngs are terrible comparing to Adsense.
 
Probably I not understand something.. Are you looking for ad networks? But why you not like to work with sponsors without ad networks?

since banned by adsense, i tried to use chitika and infolinks as replacement of adsense. still monitoring the earning right now.

tried several adnetworks around like revenuehits and several networks, but my site was bombarded by popup ads, so i remove them.

still searching alternative good cpc networks currently, and not interested in CPM networks since my website traffic is still not to high.

i tried medianet own by yahoo, maybe this is the one of the best alternative, but they reject my site. i don't know their requirement for the sites to be accepted. anyone know their requirements..?
 
There is no such good alternatives available for Adsense. But You ca check out native advertising networks like taboola, outbrain, adblade etc..
