Best AD network alternatives to AdWords?

I am not actually looking for "alternatives" of sort but just looking to expand my brand more and wanted to advertise on other advertising networks. What are the best network alternatives to AdWords? Clicksor, adbrite -- do they offer conversion tracking? Thanks.

media.net recently launched contextual ad network with yahoo and bing, so far receive click 0.02/0.03,, when in adwords for the same keywords getting 0.12/0.15

There are a few different networks and platforms out there. But the top of tier 2 is definitely a company called Traffic Vance. I have ran a bunch of profitable offers with them. You need to get recommended by another affiliate to even test the platform. Hit me up if you want more information...
