Best 4g proxy service for create Instagram accounts?

I don't want to get in trouble but so far the only ones that I have worked well is proxyguys and illusory. Illusory was hit or miss and about 55% success rate and PG was about 85-90% success rate depending on what location I was connected to.

I tested your proxy but not worked.
instagram always return:
The IP address you are using has been flagged as an open proxy.

I used GramCreator and also a portable browser and fresh email address and it worked first time.

I believe the gram creator owner said there's API issues for sign ups right now. & Only manual creation is working.
Maybe he could step in here for a moment & confirm/deny my comment, @Frenzied

I just finished testing rsocks mobile proxy as well. It worked great for creating IG accounts as well. I used the USA Verizon one. I was able to create 3 IG accounts with no issues. They do have a 2 min rotation of IP so be sure you can get it done in that amount of time. One of my accounts started like 30 secs in and the IP changed while I was creating it and it still worked but may have flagged it internally. But so far so good. I have yet to test UK proxies but will be doing this soon.

For a lot of people, yes. They've changed something in their API and most people relied on other people's software's to create accounts.
I think @lteboost.com has found a way around it though

I use Henry Cooper's raw mobile proxies and they worked well so far for creating accounts.
