One of my vps's has been down for 4 days now and they are not responding. Anyone else having trouble getting hold of them?

Have you used the live chat or created a support ticket? They normally respond quickly.

Try it again. I am sure this does not happen on purpose, as I always get an answer within 24h.

My advice if you ever look for a trusted host, always look for one that actually invested the money into a custom template

Yeah, man. Bermanhosting has always been terrible in my eye (I had used their hosting service for around 3 months after things got really shitty).

They are not that bad. But as always you get what you pay. I suggest looking for a dedicated server.

Well you don't necessarily need a dedicated server, but you definitely get what you pay for
