Berman hosting website down = VPS down?

Checked my vps hoster bermanhosting, the website is down. Does that mean my vps will go down too?

I've scraped for proxies and 99% of them timed out and my new private proxies are 90% dead too. Is this the main reason that caused the massive time outs? or the hoster and vps is both separate?

Of course not! The website is hosted somewhere differently than the VPS'es. So you can remain confident and relaxed, if BH website is down, your VPS will still remain up!
