Berman Hosting support not responding to Tickets?

I am with them almost 3 months. no problem at all. always got reply within 1 day. 7-8 days seems too long. try to send a new ticket.
Remember Berman Hosting might be one man show. Sven is really a nice guy and very helpful.
WTF you are talking about dude. Berman Hosting may not be well-known but definitely not a scam.

Really? Theres like a mention of them in VPS threads every other week on here. I actually use them myself and have done for quite a few months without hiccups, and have today submitted my own ticket, so will update the thread if I get a response.

Actually they are pretty well-known on here for their value for money VPS 
, dont use them myself as I use Ugjunk's VPS (QUALITY SERVICE!)....a simple search for them on BHW produces plenty of choices 13 pages to be exact!

i think this week they didn' t respond. I too raised 1 ticket and didn't get a reply. But servers are coming fine, so who cares

I've been having problems too. I started service service over a day ago, and it just says pending, I've sent them an email asking how long it takes till i get access, no response...

And your happy with that? If I had to wait 48 hours for a ticket to be answered from my hosting provider I would run away very fast... If I'm having trouble with my servers I want them to respond instantly and have the problem sorted within minutes not days.

I have had Berman's VPS for quite a few months.
Their service and packages were good earlier but as has happened with other Blackhat server providers - they became too popular too fast
and their service and packages reflect that.
Personally, i have moved from berman to Hetzner and loving it..

May I ask what package you opted for with Hetzner? And are you running tools like scrapebox on there without any problems or do you just use it for hosting websites?
Shame you're experiencing issues. I've been with them for about 4 months, and they've always responded to my tickets within a 24 hour period. I've found them to be great, especially for what i pay. No issues with them at all. Keep on chasing them up, maybe there going through some changes etc.
i signed up to berman about a couple of weeks ago (see my post above) and so far it's been ok. uptime ok, server functional, support is responsive although it can take a few hours (up to a day or so). hope it stays this way in general don't expect live support and 99% uptime from these type of hosts. they're good for hosting seo related sites or software, not your money site.
