Bemob alternative with free plan?

Hello All,
Recently I am facing issue with Bemob. I used to use it very well with google ads for tracking but recently the bemob tracking started flagging google for Malicious software disapprovals. It took me really long till Google support replied against my appeal pointing the bemob tracker link as the culprit.
I run on budget so looking for only free option. Even though Clickmagick is best option out there, I can not afford 49/month just for trackers. Any suggestions for free yet effective Bemob alternative tracker would be of great help.

There's a very well known tracker that people in russia use it's called Keitaro it's just self hosted but pretty decent

Have you found any solution to this issue? My ads are also probably being rejected by using Bemob.

You need to add your own domain for tracking but it need to buy it for $7 as an add-on

I did it and I didn't paid anything, where I can read about this 7$? Maybe I did something wrong? I have set up my own domain for tracking.
