Hello all, wanted to give some great thanks for helping me establish a account with a EIN.

I have run into a problem though.... I figured out the hard way removing transaction penalizes you for defect rate and I am currently below standard and it is totally effecting my sales.

Would calling eBay to appeal be a dangerous move that would jeopardize my account? My evaluation is suppose to be above standard for the upcoming month, but I really did not want to miss out on the holiday season sales. Mind you I have been banned in the past... I am high standing EIN account i'd like to keep afloat.

Thanks

You can try calling and hope that you find somone nice. But, in my experience, ebay genuinely didn't care that my account was below standard because of canceled transactions(even though they were month old transactions that were unpaid).

Thanks but is this a risky move to make? Any other opinions from anyone else?

It wouldn't hurt to try, I don't think they will ban you just for asking, but they may start watching you more closely so don't do any funny business. You shouldn't be doing any funny business anyway.
