Bells*uth blocks BHW?

At about 3:00 P.M. today I lost all connectivity with BHW. I could and still can get everywhere else but here.

I received and continue to receive the Dreaded

"Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."

I repeat: every other site loads., MSN, Goo, Yah, all of them, just not BHW. Oh, cache cleaned, computer rebooted many times. BHW won't load on Firefoxor and IE.

For all you folks that are thinking right now, I'm using a Tor proxy to connect right now.

Is this BIZARRE or what? Could Bells*uth have possibly blocked BHW?

Any ideas?

Could just be a DNS problem and not them purposely blocking you...
