Last weeks I've been struggling with my business , everyday is a fight to make enough to survive and keep it running
(I'm doing mass Twitter automation and was having huge issues lately that caused me to lose a lot of money)

Meh, the baloon pops in 5 mins even if you manage to get pumped. Deal with the situations instead of wasting time watching motivational videos. Works much better.

Instead of Motivation Videos, watch(listen) podcasts based around your niche or business

Motivational videos are not what i look for as motivation just lasts few minutes or a few days so I don't watch motivation videos. Instead being discipline and being persistent in my work is what I choose instead of wasting my time in motivational videos.

I'm sorry for misunderstanding , but its not a video its on spotify, its like listening to music that boost you up.

I see. If it has no voice, then it should be good for focusing I believe. Also, like @TheVigilante mentioned... It varies person to person. If it works for you, then why not!
