UPDATE: I received a call from my lawyer today saying the company is going settle for the amount we sent back but I'm not allowed to discuss the amount but it's way less than 700k. Going take awhile to get paperwork done but looks like I'm going to dodge a bullet mostly. I have to sign a paper saying if they catch me again they can rape me pretty much. As of now I'm not looking at any criminal charges but nothing is in writing yet.

If you use Greengoblin's rules, you are practically uncatchable for the government as the money never comes into USA, and all the products are dropshipped.
I think it can be very lucrative, I am not living in the USA, but better safe than sorry. But thats all possible future.
