Being Accepted by Zergnet Traffic Exchange

Has anyone here been accepted by Zergnet?

Apparently they reject 90% of applications, so i'm looking for some advice before approaching them,
like how much traffic were you receiving at the time you were accepted?

Also I'd be interested to know if you choose your own articles to advertise once accepted or whether they choose for you?
