Beginning my clickbank/IM journey

So my experience with anything internet marketing is non-existent but I decided to go with clickbank just as a starting point and I'll branch out to some other field when I feel like I'm OK with CB/affiliate marketing and all that entails. I don't have a landing page but I've been messing around with godaddy and hostgator getting a feel for how to setup my own site (since I have no experience in building a web page either) and I've also been messing around with wordpress trying to design my own theme (near to no web design experience).

So what have I done to try and make some cash? I'm trying out a method posted on here about finding a CB product and starting a bing ad campaign, I'd post the link but I clearly haven't been here long enough haha.

There's just so much to learn, I'm excited to see where this leads!

Same here! After lurking for the longest time and not doing anything with what I was reading I figured becoming active would be the best way to help myself and hopefully others down the road.

My goal is to show myself I can do this, so if I can make any profit off of this venture then I know I can expand in different ways

Update

So after I dropped $50 on bing ads just to test the waters I let it sit for awhile, it's been about a week since I started this experiment but haven't gotten any clicks or any impressions. Ads enabled, 10 keywords all enabled and verified by the reviewers... I'll have to research and see where I'm missing something.

Quiting isn't an option!

Good luck OP, hope this can work out for you. You don't have to develop your own themes, buy pre-made themes that are known for converting, and use the best plugins you can I found this guide suggested by another member a few days ago, worth a read!
