Beginners Software Package for MAC OS? Plz assist

Past week I've been learning HTML, CSS and PHP. My question is for you MAC users, what software are you using for what? I'm just curious what is best. I'm going into Web Design as a business and want to be the best possible. I've done a ton of google searches but I can't get any legit answers, I trust you guys out of anyone. Please help with your FULL software/tool setup. I would appreciate it. Thanks

This is what I've already started with.

MAMP
GIMP
Sublime Text 2
ForkLift 2
WordPress (but not impressed with the blog type setup)

Thanks Jazz, I went with that. Debating to but one of those Thunderbolt Apple displays!
