Keep it to 130-160 per day and maximum of 10-20 per hour,you will be completely safe within these limits.
That´s unusual I would try to low them u never know when IG is going to get u in the infinite loop of 24 hours verification.
ok, but I dont unfollow them. Would that still be no problem?

That limit is for follow and unfollow together.Either you follow 130-160,either you unfollow 130-160 or divide both of them according to the limits.
No I use 4G and Home Wifi, but the 4G of my provider has 20.000 telephone mast all over the country(netherlands), because they work with low frequency. So every time I use flight mode on/off. It connects to a different station. Is this good or bad?

That is 100 too many followers you follow. Try to do it consistently though. Cool off for a day is necessary too!

I think alot of people have a wrong perception of shadow ban, I haven't kept updated with IG anymore but, initially shadow ban was a term made up by someone stating that some accounts would not show up on the hashtags feed they were commenting on their captain. Since 2017 Instagram was shadowbanning accounts who spammed hashtags with no context related to the post being made,

This was a clear case of algorithm testing by Instagram since in the future they released the option to follow a hashtag, and the case example above wouldn't really make sense without a system like shadow ban in place.

doing 200 follows per day is safe (from my personal experience)
You must be operating from your phone using 4G network
The follow actions are recommended to be done randomly through the day
i wouldn't suggest you to keep your follow actions fixed at 200/day, diversity is the key

Shadow ban, no but a full BAN yes. Keep it around 150-200 follows per day and alternate with unfollows. You have a limit of 7000 follows so when you reach that limit you will need to start unfollow. I would recommend to alternate: 3-5 follow then unfollow. And so on.
