[Beginners JV] i'm looking for someone

So as the title says, I'm looking for someone to start a JV with;I already have an aged domain (4 years old) in the skin care niche, and a few lame, spun articles sitting on a lame wordpress design ...The thing is, I don't have the time to take care of it properly, so it's just sitting there.What I do have, however, is my SEO experience, paid SEO tools, motivation and around 2 hours of spare time a day.What do you say? let's try and make a buck together;Oh, and I also have some preliminary SEO analysis that I've done a while ago, when I first bought the domain, which includes some primary targeted keywords, with SEO competition data and such ... of course, when i'll start working on it again, I'll redo the analysis and gather the required information, for the development of a proper SEO strategy.(I have already paid hosting, name registration; I expect you to know something about SEO, backlinking, article writing, web design and such; I say we share the profits 50-50, but that's negociable, and depends on how much we both work)PM me, or reply to this thread if interested.

We could take a crack at monetizing this, just going to put this out there however. I am not a big earner with Internet Marketing, I average maybe 2-3,000 per month (Through all my projects)
