Hey guy! I am seeking the best startup online business Idea, In third world countries. . .Be it Seo, or whatever pays, I am not skilled but I am ready to begin a fresh journey and begin building my empire. . .all ideas are welcome. . .I know it's difficult to share sources of income. . fgs! skip if you intend to mislead someone. . .Thank you BHW. . .

Start with SEO services if you’re in a third-world country. Low startup cost, global demand, and skills can be learned while doing.

Pick one narrow service (local SEO, content optimization, keyword research, link cleanup), learn it deeply, and sell to clients in higher-paying markets.

Avoid “easy money” ideas. Focus on skills first, income later.

Find an industry that fits your interests. There are many options like agency, affiliate marketing, arbitrage, blogging, influencer marketing, etc. You need to pick a direction first and then decide the niche.

Just a friendly advice: instead of chasing ‘the best’ idea, focus on learning one simple skill first, like basic SEO, content writing, or outreach, and practice it consistently. Most online businesses don’t work because of the idea alone, but because of patience, learning, and execution. Start small, avoid shortcuts, and build real skills, you’ll see results over time.

start small with freelancing or simple online services
like data entry, content writing, social media management, or small dropshipping

It's good, stay motivated and share your projects with the community.

You still need to choose one you have come to believe will work for you
Else, you keep skipping channels and methods

don’t chase ideas first. there is no plug-and-play guide that makes you money overnight.

every real business starts with learning a skill (seo, web dev, copywriting, paid ads, automation, ai tools).
study courses, practice on real projects, then start as a freelancer.

once you have clients + results, you can scale into an agency or product.

skills first, empire later.

No one can drop a “best idea” without knowing your situation. Pick one channel and run it. Keep it small, track what works, improve weekly.

Reselling freelance services is a good way to start. Check Fiverr and Upwork.

Start with VA jobs, tasks that don't require a skill. Keep learning some skills on the side.

I think you should take sometime to learn some skills. Be it SEO or digital marketing. You can try in youtube. There are lots of good videos there. Facebook ads marketing is a great niche as well.

First thing's first, develop marketable skills. For one, if you have access to the internet and discipline, just about every skill can be learned and with no shortage of free resources out on the net, your motivation and drive's the limit.

Hey man,

I’ll be straight with you there’s no “best” online business, especially when you’re starting with zero skills. Anyone selling that idea is either clueless or trying to sell you something.

If you’re in a third-world country, you’re not behind. In many cases, you’re actually ahead because your costs are lower, which gives you more room to test, fail, and learn.

Some realistic paths you can start with:

  • SEO (local or niche sites):
Learn the basics, build small sites, rank them, monetize with ads or affiliates. It’s slow at first, but once it works, it scales.
  • Faceless YouTube channels:
This one is very underrated. If you treat YouTube like an actual job, not a lottery ticket, it can be very profitable.
The learning curve is relatively short, and with decent scripts, consistency, and basic editing, it can turn into a real business over time.
  • Simple services first:
Writing, basic video editing, thumbnails, lead gen, social media tasks. Services won’t make you rich fast, but they build skills and cash flow.
  • Affiliate marketing:
Works best when combined with SEO or YouTube. Avoid shortcuts and focus on traffic + intent.

The key thing most beginners ignore:
Pick one model, execute consistently, and stop chasing shiny objects.

BHW already has more than enough info to build something solid. Most people fail here not because of lack of ideas, but because they don’t take action or quit too early.

Good luck and stay realistic.

Appreciate the advice here, man. This is actually one of the more realistic breakdowns I’ve seen. . .no hype, just practical paths and solid perspective. The point about picking one model and sticking with it really hit home. Thanks for taking the time to lay this out and keep it honest.

Hey mate, I grew up here in Aus knowing one thing early: if you want money, you figure it out yourself. Internet was the easiest way for me. No fancy skills at the start, just trial, error and putting in the hours.

What worked first was video editing. Nothing crazy. Cutting clips, adding captions, cleaning up TikToks and Shorts. Businesses and creators always need that stuff and most don’t want to learn it themselves. You can learn the basics in a couple of weeks and start freelancing straight away.

Same thing with TikTok work. Brands want short-form content nonstop. Editing, reposting, scheduling, even just finding trends. It’s simple work but it pays because it saves them time.

I also got into basic webpages. Not hardcore coding, just WordPress, templates, landing pages. Small businesses don’t care how fancy it is, they just want something that works. You can charge decent money for very simple setups.

Freelancing ties it all together. Fiverr, Upwork, cold DMs, whatever works. Once you get a few clients, it snowballs fast if you deliver on time and don’t disappear like most people do.

Point is, online money isn’t magic. It’s just skills people don’t want to learn themselves. Pick one, get good enough to be useful, then sell it. That’s how I’ve paid bills more than once.

Stick with it, yeah. Plenty of room out here for people who actually show up and do the work.

Appreciate you sharing this, mate. This is real, practical advice and it’s good to hear it from someone who’s actually been through it. The part about simple skills paying the bills really hit. Thanks for taking the time to write it out and keeping it honest.
