Is there a limit to how many articles you should submit for a brand new site or an aged site that only has a few hundred back links? I have read in some posts where people are submitting articles to 1000 directories, But I would think the big G mite penalize you for this, am I missing something?

Rite now I am considering making a master article and spinning it x amount of times, so I can submit it to hundreds of directories for back links (not really to get the article ranked), but I am worried about big G slapping me.

Newbie to article writing/submitting, so I can really use some help on this.

I tend to lean towards 500 a day or so.
Just my personal number.

You could probably do more, just make it look natural :)

With brand new domains I usually go about 5-20 links per day.

With aged domains I can go about 25-50 if the site already has some PR and age.

you can post any no of article pe day limit depends on article site how many it accept.

You'll be fine with this plan. First of all, they're not all going to approve your article or even respond to your submission. Secondly, the ones that do approve your article won't all do it on the same day. Thirdly, even if they did all approve it on the same day it wouldn't hurt you. The search engines would discover those links over time, not immediately.

my advice is first 6 weeks slow ur speed then boom...

10-20 first week then 20-30 next 2 weeks then 30 to 60 next three weeks then go upto 80 max ;)

For brand new domains, I post my articles via UAW at a minimum of 100 a day and never had a problem. Some, like right now, have 4 or 5 articles going each at 100/day.

Note that this is combined with a 10K xrumer, scrapebox going non-stop on another PC, 600 social bookmarks, etc.

I don't doubt there is a sandbox effect, but I've not been hit by it yet.

The only thing I ping is the handful of high PR blog posts that scrapebox gives (<20).

That's hardcore. I really need to start thinking bigger.

Thanks for all the advice, I am going spread it out over time and take it cautiously at first.

good advice in here, thanks guys...

does anyone habitually do anything bolder than 100/day? if so at what point?

If you want to open it up to full, do it. The only reason I do 100/day is so I don't have to go back in and make more articles. :)
