We get a lot of misplaced threads here where the OP is wondering why nobody is responding to their thread or why they're not getting a serious responses. This is because they made the unfortunate mistake of...

That's right! You see, the members who are really interested in making money are going to be hanging out in the making money section, not the lounge. So...

• Have a question about social media, but there isn't a specific subforum for the platform you're using? Don't post in the lounge, post in the general social chat section.​
• Do you have an SEO question? Well, what do you know, we have not one, but two subforums for general SEO: one for black hat SEO and one for white hat SEO.​
• "Why does nobody want to discuss graphic design?" Well Timmy, that's because the people who are interested in graphic design aren't browsing the lounge to talk about it, they're browsing the graphic design section.​
• "Yeah, well, I tried posting in the right section, but it got no responses, so I posted in the lounge"... and you still didn't get any responses. Just because a section is a high traffic doesn't mean more people will want to respond. You don't set up a luxury car dealership in a densely-populated low-income neighbourhood.​

This is not the first time we've had to post this reminder, so please, please try to post in the right section. You don't have to get it perfectly right, so it's fine if you mistakenly post a link building thread in the black hat SEO section when it should go in the link building section; just search our subforum list before jumping to posting your thread in the lounge.

Oh, that wasn't meant to diss my favourite lounge people (Loungians? Lounge Peeps? Whatever). I meant if someone is interested at a specific point in time in making money, they'll be in the making money section rather than the lounge. As members, of course we're all interested in making money, though, but sometimes, we need the lounge for a break (yes, even me).
