Beermoney sites that don't advertise

I noticed that nowadays most beermoney sites like uhrs are overcrowded and they don't have enough tasks for their workers due to the fact that they're now open to everyone. After some digging I learnt about some workers who get contacted directly by companies to work for them and do uhrs type of tasks but this time with higher pay and they don't advertise their platform which means no overcrowding. So I want to ask for the names of any of those type of platforms if anyone knows them.
