Been scammed by someone on this forum

I was looking for someone to edit a product by changing the graphics, ecover and sales page. Someone offered their seervice and i paid $75.

They only did half the job!

Now I have to start again. I am looking for someone to edit this PLR product to make it look like a new product. Then i would look for a JV partner to work with to get some sales by sending it to their list.

If you want to know who it was on this forum that let me down, some to maybe stay away from, ask and i shall tell!

Ok guys.
This guy took on my job, done half of it, asked me if there was any chances i wanted, there is and has left me high and dry. If he chooses to re surface after this i'll let you know, but it has been a number of weeks and emails and still has yet to come back to me.

If you want to get him banned from the forum, you ll have to provide substantial proof including details of the transactions, screenshots, etc..

ok guys, i'll give him till thursday to come back then if there is no come back, friday i'll post the screenshots and i'll upload the half finished job on my site to see what was done.

Maybe he got arrested. LoL I know bad joke but couldn't resist. I have never herd of that member. Recently I have been pm'd by a few ppl trying to pull scams. I worked with the mods. and one was banned and the other suspended. It is always hard to tell who to trust, I usually like to see some reference or if it is a well trusted member.

Well, I certainly didn't scam this guy.

He paid me $75 as he says and wanted an eCover and the sales letter incorporated into a rough minisite design. I told him in advance that I won't be creating a minisite design but using a minisite design I had Private Label Rights to and he agreed.

I did everything he asked and I transferred the files to him.

Then he asks me for some changes and I PMe him back asking what exact changes he needed made.

After that, things heated up. I went out of station for a week or so and after coming back I got extremely busy. I just noticed his PMs a couple of days back and again asked what exact changes he needed made and I received no reply except another PM which told me t refund his money.

We has originally agreed to $25 for the eCover and $50 for the rest.

I'll make the changes if possible to the eCover or else I'll refund you that $25.

Yeah, sorted out the issue now. I refunded the guy $25 for the eCover.
People seriously need to get maturity drilled into their heads.

I mean the guy had my e-mail address, MSN and Yahoo but he chose to PM me only on BHW.

Well as you can see i have had replys from Arrest. I had replied to the changes i wanted. But thats when the comunication ended. If Arrest had told me that he would be away from his station i would have understood. With half a job, then no comunication you do think the worst.

It's not a complete job in my opinion so if we can finish with a refund of the $25 as it has taken too long and have lost a JV i had sorted out.

Lets just end this and move on.

I understand your POV Clutterbuck but this trip of mine was rather sudden and unexpected.
My point is that you should've at least attempted to e-mail me or send me an offline message via MSN before posting such a blatant accusation.
