Been requesting a refund and being denied!

I have been requesting a refund from xbon869x and it's been denied!
He's banned and i'm new to this place.

I bought a guide and asked him for a refund as i gained nothing from him and he told me to give it one more try and i spent another week on the guide.
He was banned and i couldn't do anything.

I emailed him, No reply.
I requested money, Cancelled!

I PM'ed HaRRo (i didn't see this before) and now i posted here.

So i was hoping to resolve this as i don't have cash...

He is banned, what else can the staff do?

I really have no clue, I wish there was another way to contact the user for the mods.

maybe can trace the ip or even phone number?

Why are you asking BHW? How did you pay him? If it's through paypal then call them. If you used your credit card then call your bank.
