If you have a china or hong kong account, you can pretty much get away with murder on eBay in some cases. Also, as long as your product says 3 week ship time, you are not going to get a bunch of cases opened against you since a buyer can not file a "did not receive" case until your stated ship time expires. It's the people who lie to the customer that their product ships from US and product actually arrives from China in 18-21 days that get in trouble. A pretty good majority of packages I ship within US arrives within 3-4 business days. Buyers expect that if you tell them you're shipping from US, not 3 weeks.

First you only dropship products that have epacket , that takes it to 12/20 days and you just make sure you custummers are aware of the fact that you're not amazon and if you do free shipping most people will understand and have the patience for it.
