Been 13 Hours ogadds

I signed up for ogadds this morning they said it wouldn't take longer then 12 hours to approve my account I have seen some denied in a few hours so is it good or bad that it has been longer then 12 hours

Yea you need a little patience man, but in the mean time apply to some other networks. OGads isn't the only network out there. MGcash, cpagrip, cpalead, DMSaffiliate, wewemedia, and crakrevenue are just a few cpa networks out of hundreds who do the same thing as OGads.
 
As long as we are on the topic, I wanted to sign up with OGads but I don't have any fan pages and they want all the names and the number of followers of fan pages that I own but as I didn't have any, I didn't sign up. So, is it mandatory to have fan pages and followers for signing up with OGads?
