Becoming the person i want

Hello im 19 years old and i've been searching for a way to make money since i've been 13-14. I've never had a successful venture but to be honest I think its because i haven't tried hard enough. I've been scammed with courses here and there and social engineering with people that are trying to do some "good". I've been very oblivous in all these years. Recently i started studying Business Analytics because data amazes me. I love it because i can see how i can scale it, what is possible with good and precise data. I know how much this potential this has but i don't know where to start. I am dominican but currently living in Madrid. I've searched on the web for others doing this in my country and have found only outdated companies with no innovations or some international brokers that i could probably take their clients because its a domincan company. I think this is a perfect moment because the Dominican Republic probably doesn't even know how much they need this. I want to start a modern company owned by a young person such as me, i want to sell data to companies so they can target their audience better. I don't know where to start i need help but i truly know this is a good move.

Think about moving to New York city, new york. It has a huge Dominican community all the cream of the crop is there and not in dr. Dr is a tourist destination not a place to innovate. The young people there want to move to NYC.
