Can you even give a logical explanation on how that is "chicken shit" and different from anything that happens in business offline? So if you have a repair business and fix a broken radio someone threw away outside and abandoned. Do they have right to claim it is still theirs if they see you found it and fixed it? That claim will not work anywhere.
Just to point a fact out, nobody so far point out anything I've done wrong.

I currently own 2 offline business and have had several others over the years. I'm not a kid, I'm 53.
You took the guys money and you still have the account.
This isn't finders keepers... the account belongs to him.
He didn't drop the account on the ground and walk away and even if he did drop it on the ground, it still belongs to him.
It's not just bad business to do what you are doing, it is bad form...

You did you took his banned account.Banned or not its still his account which you were taking away.Maybe he had sensitive PM's on his account.Do you think any account buyer would be happy if the seller would get the account back after it gets banned so he can look into all info ?Once an account is sold you have no rights to it even if its banned.
This thread is BS. Blazen, just give him the account back. He bought it. If he got it banned, you should of just left it banned.
But at the end of the day it is his account, he bought it from you.

Think about it this way:
-He payed for the acct... it's his, banned or unbanned it is still his.
-you say he "abandoned it" this is your only defense, and it's a bad one. You have no way of knowing whether he abandoned it, or was just letting it sit there.
-More or less, you have no right to that acct. Although he may have got it banned, it is still his account, and by taking it back, you ARE stealing.
Final analogy:
Think of your self on a highway, your driving down the road and you see a truck you just sold a few days ago. You look around and don't see the owner anywhere. You look and the only thing wrong with it is that it's out of gas, so you take some gas out of your truck, fill it up, use your spare key, and drive away... Although you still had the key, and fixed the truck, doesn't mean you have ANY right to that truck.

honestly If i was DarkFace and the way blazen is acting right now, i would simply just take the refund, Because if he gets that account back and how pissed off blazen is right now it wouldn't be worth it. its just funny that Blazen could have worked this situation out and it wouldn't even had to put in this section. and Everyone would go on their merry way.
