Yes, there is always have the ways. Try building better links than them as well as better site quality including content and authority.
Yet, there are various factors and no one could say exactly which methods work.
This question is just too broad and general.
P.S: SEO Tools won't get you there to blast for money site!

Yep SEO and Blackhat SEO tools won't give me good results. Btw I'm writing on a tech blog writing good articles with low competition keywords and good CPC and some of them are ranking in first page on Google, so If I'll continue in this way my tech blog Could become an authority blog in one/two years?

If you're looking for the better white hat way then you must not do prefer automated tools to do SEO.. It may less your work but it will affect your site at any time.. If you need white you should go manually.. Automated tools may also brings Spamy links that you cant find..
