You keep the ads running, you get paid. If you aren't good at this, don't bother applying..
Payment terms can be one of two ways:
Don't got money to put into it? We'll pay you a flat rate and fund the campaign ourselves.
Got money to put into it? Our prior campaigns cost us about 10% of sales in *immediate* conversions. Those numbers will go up as people come back on payday/etc. We'll pay you as an affiliate 10-15% over that cost just so we don't have to worry about it.
