Hi guys. It's been a while since I posted here, this time I do it to share my experience with lospollos.
I had worked with them on and off for over 3 years and they had always paid on time.
The problem started 2 weeks ago when I didn't receive a payment for almost $300. At least in my country, Mexico, it is a good amount.
But leaving aside the amount, the important thing is that during that time, contacting the manager was quite a challenge.
I have never seen such horrible customer service, where they make you feel like they are doing you a favor and you don't count.
First they tell you to send screenshots of your account to clarify, you send them, but they don't reply. They ignore you for days.
You have to insist so that they answer you again, and the day of payment arrives again. They tell you that during the day you will receive the money. Again, you don't receive anything.
They ignore you for 2 more days, until finally they tell you that your account has been blocked for fraud. You ask for reports to claim the traffic source, they don't give them to you. You ask for an appeal, they deny it.
I even asked if changing the network and monitoring the traffic I can continue working with them, in order to recover from the loss, and they say no.
I can understand that the traffic was indeed fraud by the traffic source (I don't know). We all know that these things could happen in this industry, but I deserved to get at least one report with the reasons why they said it was fraud.
I also deserved to have timely responses and not have to beg the manager for days to get back to me. It is horrible to be waiting for a payment, and not knowing what is happening, only to be told that you will not receive anything.
No ability to appeal or the chance to get answers.
