Be careful with cryptocurrency security

Recently, I came across a new term called "ATO attack" and it sounds really scary. It refers to attackers stealing people's account information to access sensitive data or directly take your cryptocurrency. And the thing about ATO attacks is that they are hard to prevent on an individual level because attackers often use various techniques like social engineering to manipulate people or even use malicious software to steal your login information. Once your information is stolen, you could potentially face privacy breaches and financial losses.

So, I quickly reached out to a friend who has experience in cybersecurity and he told me about the different methods attackers use. Apart from malicious software, they also create fake websites to obtain login information and perform MITM attacks, which means they intercept my network traffic to gather information.

A good news is that there are measures we can take to protect ourselves. Installing reliable security software is a good start. He recommended a software called more login because it generates a completely new fingerprint for my device, ensuring true anonymous browsing, and it can also make my cookies completely untraceable and erase my activity logs. Besides that, he advised me to never click on unfamiliar links and to avoid sharing personal information with strangers.
