i don't want to be associated with mugs, and frankly don't care.
but he did say multiple times he doesn't want to pay via western union and paypal is currently fucked.. which i can believe the paypal thing. I live in the US and have had many problems with paypal locking accounts out.
so instead of saying overand over paypal, western union, paypal, western union.
why don't you come up with something else? he'd prefer it be paid by escrow.. so pick a service and stick to it.. or you could choose another payment method.. moneybookers.. something.

Ok flight should have landed all ready and you should have your lap top
and no more excuses about planes and airports. There is no reason why
the money is not paid to him within 24 hours as of now.. Also if there is this pay pal ip thing then maybe it might be a good idea to call pay pal explain your situation that you need to send a payment asap and that you are not at home and give them your ip they should be able to do something temp so there is no issues.. Let's get this money sent within 24 hours to protect your from being banned.. As far as your reputation I think its all ready gone..

Actually he said first that he wanted to pay by Western Union and there's nothing wrong with doing this. He knows who I am, he can confirm that he sent it, and I can confirm that I picked it up. I can provide identification of myself with a license, picture of myself, etc. Paypal is screwed, so obviously it's not a great idea to use it at the moment.
