BBB Scraper - $60 bot needed now

The last person screwed me, so I need a legit professional.

The bot needs to scrap the BBB via city and search term; i.e San Diego Plumber

Dump the following information into a CSV

Company
Owner Name
Phone
Email
Address, city, state, zip

I need this windows based.. and asap. Only serious inquiries please, and I need this done right away. As said the other person completely screwed me after I sent them $60.

Do a search first, I remember seeing a few being sold for around $20 a copy that have these features so you may find a DL for free and if not can just purchase something already done for cheaper eliminating the hassle and saving you time.
