Batch Domain Processing Tool?

I have 2 lists that are growing all the time.

List A = 10 milion domains for now
List B = 7 milion domains for now


I want to remove all domains that are in list A from list B.

Later these files will grow up to 50 milion domains so i need a strong tool to handle these.
Please dont mention scrapebox/xrumer/gscraper as i need something fast and smooth, these tools works yes but after splitting the files many times.

I think Datamystic's Textpipe pro can handle it! /Check the remove lines from list option/
