What are the basics of domain flipping for begginers? What the the necessary qualities required to be successful domain flippers?
I was talking only about domains not websites. In my mind there are two types of domain flippers:
1. Those who build a website from scratch and then sell it
2. Those who buy websites that are for sale, improve them, and then sell them
(There are some who can find good websites for sale cheap and then sell them on for more with better marketing etc. but I'll leave that one alone)
For both of those having a good understanding of how to develop a website and its content would be necessary.
Sorry about that, I'll go back to my corner nowI was talking only about domains not websites.

I ended up loving a bunch of domains I bought and quickly realized they were worthless and/or hard to sell. Blinded by the cool sounding names haha.

So I decided to register a few names with the intention of selling. I remember one of the names sold the next day on the marketplace. Bought it for $9 and sold it for $48. Not bad my younger self was thinking, certainly sold a few names without a website behind em'.
If you're going to do this now, I'd imagine it is more lucrative than ever. Most will tell you stick with .com but what really matters is fork out some money and have fun with it.
Oops, you remembered.
I thought that I would build up some cred here first and go blue.![]()
Nice, congrats!
I've never sold a domain for less than $3K and most often towards/above $xx,xxx. It really just depends upon the flipper's situation and income goals.
Do you contact the potential buyers or do you park your domains?
and then outreach to potential clients for a 30x+ flip or so.
and offered the domain name to the highest bidder, flipping it for 45x (and he ended up becoming my dentist lol).
