Hey bro...Do u use wordpress or php for designing websites..and do u outsource your work..would be interested to know where can I outsource my work

How do you get leads?

I had minimal luck posting flyers, and CL sucked for me...

What do you do to advertise, (you can just tell me the offline ones if you're worried about competition).

Getting leads is actually the easy part, I really didnt need to do anything getting started, All I did was tell a few friends then next thing I knew I had work lined ups next months from Word of Mouth. If you really need to start to Target Businesses, open your local directory and start calling.. I think I could do few sales an hour that way..
I forgot to mention you will need Sale skills...

I have a question Yatwice... in your newspaper and CL ads, do you say something like "Free website when you host with us" or do you just say "free website" and then tell them they need to get the hosting from you to be eligible? Do you tell them you are hosting or do you tell them its a third party?

Also, I wonder if you ever get customers that need tons of extras, like flash, quote generators, etc... how do you handle those?

I only include free website, web design in my ads once I got their interest they call for more details, once I got someone on my hock I'm completely straight forward with them, I let them know everything they wll need and how its possible for me to produce a free website for them. I normally say something like this

"You most likely want to know the catch, and I'm not going to lie there's definitely one, We want your online business and loyality so much that were willing to give you a free website and our time to put it together. All we ask is that the normal services you would need to pay for regardless you let us personally handle them for you....Just pay for your server space once a year and we will support you with everything else Including that free website "

I let them know that I can only be successful from customer loyality and them continuing to my services more then 1 year
